Instructions
- Create a thick marinade by whisking yogurt with all spices, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- Heat mustard oil until lightly smoking, cool slightly, and mix into the marinade.
- Gently coat paneer, onion, and bell pepper cubes in the marinade. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Thread the marinated items onto skewers.
- Arrange skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until charred at the edges.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
