Instructions

  1. Create a thick marinade by whisking yogurt with all spices, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Heat mustard oil until lightly smoking, cool slightly, and mix into the marinade.
  3. Gently coat paneer, onion, and bell pepper cubes in the marinade. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Thread the marinated items onto skewers.
  5. Arrange skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until charred at the edges.
  6. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
